বিষয়: ‘বিশ্ব প্রামাণ্য ঐতিহ্য’ বঙ্গবন্ধুর ৭ই মার্চের ভাষণ বাংলাদেশের প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের কাছে লিফলেট আকারে পৌঁছিয়ে আরো একটি রেকর্ড গড়া প্রসঙ্গে।

যথাযথ সম্মান প্রদর্শন পূর্বক বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে, জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের ঐতিহাসিক ৭ই মার্চের ভাষণকে ‘মেমোরি অব দ্য ওয়ার্ল্ড'-এর স্বীকৃতি শুধু বঙ্গবন্ধুর নয়; দেশের জন্যও এক বড় স্বীকৃতি। ৪৬ বছর আগের স্বাধীনতাকামী ৭ কোটি মানুষকে যুদ্ধের প্রস্তুতি নেওয়ার আহ্বানের ভাষণকে বাঙ্গালী জাতির উন্নত রাষ্ট্রের মর্যাদা দ্রুত পাওয়ার লক্ষ্যে “প্রতীক” হিসেবে লালন করার জন্য দেশের প্রতিটি নাগরিকের হাতে পৌঁছে দেয়া একান্ত জরুরী।মুক্তিযুদ্ধের প্রেরণায় প্রকাশিত ‘মাসিক অধিকারপত্র’ ১৫ কোটি লিফলেট ছাপিয়ে সকলের কাছে বিতরণের এই মহান কাজটি সুচারুরুপে সম্পাদন করার উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে।
অতএব, জনাবার সমীপে আকুল আবেদন এই যে, বঙ্গবন্ধুর ৭ই মার্চের ভাষণের ১৫ কোটি লিফলেট বিতরণ করে আরো একটি বিশ্ব রেকর্ড গড়া এবং উন্নত রাষ্ট্রের মর্যাদা দ্রুত পাওয়ার লক্ষ্যে জাতির ঐক্যবদ্ধ হবার ‘প্রতীক’ হিসেবে লালনের প্রচারণার কাজটি করতে আপনার সদয় অনুমতি পূর্বক সহযোগিতা কামনা করছি।

Madam,
Regardless of respect, it is a humble prayer that the historic 7th March speech of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is a big recognition for him along with our country. 46 years ago, the call for the freedom of the 7 crore people to prepare for the war, is a must to reach every citizen of the country in order to carry as a `SYMBOL' for bringing the status of a developed country.
The Monthly Odhikarpatra published by the spirit of the war of liberation determined to accomplish this great work by distributing 15 crore leaflet of `7th March Speech' all over the country.
Therefore, it is an urgent appeal that you would like to kindly cooperate with your kind permission to campaign the captioned subject and oblige thereby.
